By accessing or using the services of Renegade Industries, LLC dba Heavy Doody Scoops (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including scheduling service, submitting website forms, or opting into SMS communications, you agree to these Terms of Service.


1. Service Overview

We provide professional pet waste removal services.

By initiating service, you agree to comply with all policies outlined in these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.


2. Access & Pet Safety

Clients are responsible for maintaining safe and unobstructed yard access.

• Gates must be unlocked or access codes provided
• Aggressive or loose pets must be secured indoors during service
• If access is blocked or pets are unsecured, the visit will be charged and completed as a double cleanup on the next visit

We assume no liability for damage to gates, landscaping, lawns, or pets.


3. Service Conditions

• Waste may be missed if grass is excessively tall or terrain is obstructed
• Rock, gravel, or heavily landscaped areas may require additional labor and fees
• If service is paused and resumed, an initial cleanup fee may apply depending on yard condition


4. Inclement Weather & Missed Visits

In hazardous weather, service may be postponed.

• Weather-related missed visits may be completed the following service day or as a double cleanup
• Billing continues during weather delays due to accumulation of pet waste


5. Billing & Payment

Services are prepaid monthly and automatically renew on the 1st of each month unless otherwise specified.

• Payment is collected securely at signup
• Discounts or waived cleanup fees may be adjusted based on yard condition
• Pricing may change with at least two (2) weeks’ notice

Prepaid fees are non-refundable. If canceled mid-cycle, remaining visits within the billing period will still be completed.


6. Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel service at any time by contacting us directly.

If service resumes after cancellation, an initial cleanup fee may apply.


7. Holiday Schedule

We do not operate on:

Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
New Year’s Day

Holiday services will resume on the next scheduled service date. No refunds are issued for holiday skips due to accumulation requiring double cleanup.


8. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description

Our SMS messaging program sends appointment confirmations, service reminders, route updates, billing notifications, customer support communications, and promotional messages (only if separately consented).

Opt-in is collected through website forms that include a dedicated SMS consent checkbox or through service agreements where express written consent is provided.

You will not receive SMS messages unless you have explicitly opted in.

We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions.

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA messaging guidelines, and all applicable federal and state regulations.


Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and interaction with our business.


Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

For questions about your messaging or data plan, contact your wireless provider.


Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After sending STOP:
• You will receive a confirmation message
• You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-opt in

To rejoin, submit a new opt-in request through our website.

All opt-out requests are processed immediately.

Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


Supported Carriers

Our SMS program supports major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers.


Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.


9. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current information and use our services lawfully.


10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of Renegade Industries, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Renegade Industries, LLC operates.
